North Carolina Family, Career and Community Leaders of America offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life. Join more than 5,700 middle and high school student members from over 90 chapters across the state. Through FCCLA's Ultimate Leadership Experience, members are equipped with real-world skills through Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. Members prepare for careers through four FCCLA Career Pathways: Human Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Education and Training, and Visual Arts and Design.
